The project was commissioned by the Washington, D.C. Public School Board to renovate an abandoned and dilapidated public school. The 54,000 S.F, 7 million USD renovation project required reconfi guration of many elements which include: classroom spaces, hazardous abatement, site improvements, utility upgrades, installation of new MEP, ADA, life-safety systems, and installation of new roofs, windows, doors and fi nishes. The project was completed in 2005.
